• Upon subscription cancellation, data is stored for 60 days at no cost.
• Post 60 days, the client must pay ₹590/month for continued storage.
• If a client requests deletion of their data, we comply after all outstanding payments are cleared.

6. Client Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Any unauthorized use, data breaches due to weak passwords, or external API vulnerabilities are not the responsibility of KeetechLabs.
• Clients must ensure compliance with any third-party service policies they integrate into their systems.

7. Policy on Subscription-Based Services

• Client data belongs to KeetechLabs until all contractual and financial obligations are met.
• If a subscription is terminated due to non-payment, data will not be released until dues are cleared.
• KeetechLabs reserves the right to restrict access to client websites, applications, and databases upon payment default.
• Clients wishing to transfer hosting, domain ownership, or app deployments must pay all outstanding charges before requesting data handover.

8. Rights of KeetechLabs

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client is found to be in violation of our policies.
• We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, to reflect legal and operational changes.
• KeetechLabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from misuse of our services or third-party security breaches.

9. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

• This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian law and any disputes shall be settled in Indian courts.
• Clients agree to indemnify KeetechLabs against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from breaches of this policy.
• In case of a legal dispute, all associated legal costs and damages shall be borne by the client.
