KeetechLabs Private Limited – Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between KeetechLabs Private Limited (“KeetechLabs,” “Company,” “Service Provider”) and the Subscriber (“Client,” “You”) upon engagement of services. By subscribing to KeetechLabs' services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Scope of Services

KeetechLabs provides IT development and support services, including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. The subscription plans are as follows:

Services include IT support, maintenance, and bug fixes but do not cover third-party costs (e.g., domain, hosting, SMS gateways, Firebase storage).

All domains, hosting, and app store listings (Google Play/App Store) shall be registered under KeetechLabs’ name for clients subscribing to the service. Full control remains with KeetechLabs unless outstanding dues are cleared.
